Sofia Ristorante is located in historical downtown Hudson.  Vincenzo Caputo, the chef and owner is from Florence, Italy.  Tuscany (Toscana) is famous for its fabulous wines and exceptional food entrees.  We at Sofias serve both distinct wines and out of the ordinary authentic Italian dishes.  All of our entrees are prepared at the moment they are ordered.  We cook with 100% virgin olive oil and serve the freshest products that exist in the marketplace.  This is what makes us so special at Sofia Ristorante.  In addition to our cooking we have a clean and refreshing atmosphere that is comfortable for a couple and also very enjoyable for a family.  

Vincenzo Caputo has been in the business for over 30 years.  He has spent many years in Germany, Switzerland, and Italy in the food industry.  His most rewarding years have been in Tuscan, Italy.  The Italian  kitchen has always intriqued Vincenzo because of his Italian background.  He has a love and passion for cooking and giving people something they can not receive anywhere else.  So our mission at Sofia Ristorante is to provide a service our customers will remember: "great food, distinct wine, clean atmosphere."
